The Private Stylist is a personal styling service run by Lewis Needs. The service is provided by [Legal entity name], [Registered address]. Contact: [Privacy contact email].

Account details: your name, email address, telephone number and password (stored securely by our sign in provider; we never see it).

Photos: pictures of your wardrobe pieces, a portrait you choose to share, and photos attached to styling requests.

Measurements: height and any body measurements you or Lewis add, plus garment measurements.

Styling information: requests, occasions, bookings, your answers to looks, and membership requests.

Messages: enquiries sent through the contact form, and anything you send by email or WhatsApp.

Only to provide your styling service: organising your wardrobe, creating looks, arranging visits and keeping in touch with you.

With your consent, Lewis may create styling illustrations showing how a look could appear on you. These are generated from your portrait and wardrobe photos by a third party AI image provider (Google Gemini models, accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway). Photos are sent only to create the illustration. Illustrations are a guide, not a photograph.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your photos, measurements and looks are private to you and Lewis. They are stored in private storage and shown only through short lived secure links. Other members can never see them.

Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) hosts our database, file storage and sign in. Lovable hosts the website and app. Google, through the Lovable AI Gateway, processes images and text for styling illustrations and wardrobe photo sorting. Google sign in is used if you choose it. WhatsApp and email providers handle messages you send us.

Looks may include pieces from other retailers with a link to buy them. Some links may be affiliate links, and The Private Stylist may earn a commission on purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you. We count clicks on these links. Retailers' own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your data and photos are removed permanently and immediately. Contact form enquiries are kept until no longer needed or until you ask us to remove them.

You can view and edit your details in the app, and ask us for a copy or correction of your information. You can delete your account at any time. How to delete your account.
