Deleting your account.

In the app

Sign in, open Account in your member menu, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without signing in

Email Lewisneeds@me.com or WhatsApp +44 7572 507017 from the email address or number linked to your account, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.

What is removed

Your sign in, profile and contact details, measurements, wardrobe pieces and photos, portrait, looks and styling illustrations, styling requests, occasions, bookings, notifications and membership record. Enquiries sent through the contact form can be removed on request. See our privacy policy.
